VisaMatch

How VisaMatch works

VisaMatch is a directory that helps you find a registered migration agent or immigration lawyer in Australia. Here is how it works, and how we stay independent.

Where our listings come from

Every professional on VisaMatch is drawn from Australia's official public registers. Migration agents come from the register kept by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA). Immigration lawyers hold a current practising certificate from their state or territory legal body. We compile this public information so you can search it in one place. We do not decide who appears based on payment.

How search results are ordered

Search results are ordered neutrally. No one can pay to rank higher in the list. You can sort and filter by things that matter to you, such as location, language spoken, and whether you want an agent or a lawyer.

Is it free?

Yes. Listing on VisaMatch is currently free for agents and lawyers, and searching is always free for you, with no sign-up required.

How we plan to make money

VisaMatch is not monetised yet. In future we intend to offer premium listings that professionals can pay for. If we do, any paid or featured placement will always be clearly labelled, and it will never change the neutral order of the main search results. We will update this page before that changes.

What we are not

VisaMatch is a directory, not a migration agent or law firm. We do not give migration advice, lodge applications, or take any part in your case. For advice about your situation, contact a registered migration agent or immigration lawyer, which is exactly what this site helps you do.

Always verify

Registrations can lapse or change. Before you engage anyone, confirm their current status on the official register.
